While walking along the boardwalk at the Blue Heron Reserve, I came upon this beautiful Tree Swallow. It was popping out of it's box to see who was entering into it's nesting domain. Ohio- May 2018. web www.shootingnomads.com
Vibrant Prothonotary Warbler at the Magee Marsh Boardwalk in Ohio. The Prothonotary Warbler got its name from the bright yellow robes worn by papal clerks, known as prothonotaries, in the Roman Catholic church. This lovely bird flew in close to the mass of birders on the boardwalk to amaze and delight. web - www.shootingnomads.com
