These old trees presented themselves in the right orientation so I could resist capturing a Milky Way composition here.
Equipped with a lens warmer this time, it was a much easier experience photographing the Milky Way in Florida.
This has to be one of my very first attempts at Milky Way photography back in 2013 as my all time favorite mentor, Marc Adamus was teaching us the wonders of looking through an ultra wide angle lens such as the Nikon 14-24mm. The camera/lens is really close to the ground in front of a fairly small pool of water. However, at 14mm, it was possible to get these beautiful reflections in the water and create a bigger scene than one really existed.
